Never share your portal passwords, PINs, or registration details with anyone. Family SACCO staff will never ask for your passwords or transaction OTPs.

Verify that communication is sent from our official handles (email ending in @familysacco.com or our official Telegram channel @familysaccoet).
Report Immediately
If you lose your credentials or notice suspicious transactions on your statements, contact our support team immediately to secure your account.
